"Fast shipping and easy tracking"
I ordered from Habitat LA Restore and was surprised by how quickly it showed up. The tracking link updated clearly the whole time, so I knew exactly where my package was and when to expect it. Everything arrived without any delivery issues, which I really appreciated

"Wrong size, but the refund was surprisingly painless"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size i was ready to be annoyed about the whole return thing. I emailed them expecting some slow, complicated process, but then they replied the next day with super clear steps, so my mood changed quick.
I sent it back on Monday and the refund showed up a few days later. No random fees, no chasing anyone down, nothing weird. I went from stressing over it to thinking, okay, that was actually easy. I’d shop with them again

"My order was messed up"
I ordered two black phone cases and somehow ended up with one blue case and another that wasn’t even for my phone model. It was frustrating because I was expecting a simple order to be right, and it just made me feel like no one really checked it before shipping. Support did respond, but it took a while, and then they asked for photos, which added to the hassle. I wouldn’t say it felt like a scam, but the poor order accuracy definitely left me disappointed
